Escone Solutions and their various products help businesses improve productivity and cut costs by offering a fully remote help desk from professionals with over 25 years of experience. Their brand is fun, personal, relying on bright colours and a bold minimalistic illustration style.

Escone reached out to 8 Million Stories to create a short motion graphic to promote their brand and highlight their services in a fun and engaging way. Due to the success of the first video, an additional two were commissioned. Each video highlights the pain points that arise when dealing with system admin internally and the benefits of using their external products.

Escone saw an increase in traffic to their home and services pages, building their brand as an approachable and trusted remote help desk solution for businesses.
